3D Imaging
The CS 8100 3D extraoral imaging system gives our practice the ability to capture both high quality 2D and 3D digital images, all while limiting dose exposure, which means a safer and quicker dental visit for our patients. Digital images are available for viewing almost immediately and some images can even be captured in as little as seven seconds, using 50 percent less radiation than standard imaging capture.
The true-to-life, high resolution images that 3D technology provides means that Dr. Quevedo has the most accurate view of patients’ anatomy for improved diagnosis, treatment planning and surgical predictability. Additionally, our 3D imaging allows more services to be completed in-office, reducing Dr. Quevedo’s need to refer patients to outside imaging centers: That means fewer visits and faster treatment for you.
As patients’ well-being is always our top concern, the innovative patient-centric design of our 3D unit helps us obtain high-quality images while always taking your comfort into consideration. CEREC
CEREC is a method of CAD/CAM dentistry for creating dental restorations. The process allows Dr. Quevedo to construct, produce, and insert individual ceramic restorations directly at the point of treatment in a single appointment, rather than over multiple appointments with lab work in between.

Laser Dentistry
Modern dentistry innovations continue to allow us to provide superior care to our patients. Introducing our new dental laser, with established multiple wavelengths indicated for a variety of different dental procedures, laser dentistry allows us to reduce post-operative pain and stimulate the body to heal better.
Some phases of Dentistry where Laser Dentistry is used are:
Dental Implants- uncovering implants, decontamination of implants (peri-implantitis)
Periodontics- Bacteria reduction in gingival pockets
Endodontics- Reduction of germs and bacteria in tooth canals
Oral Surgery- Less traumatic, blood-free incisions of the soft tissue, which leads to less post operative discomfort
Prosthetics- In combination with our CEREC (Same day crowns/bridges unit), it allows better hemostasis for a blood-free computer scan
Laser Therapy- Lower level laser therapy, also known as LLLT, is known to help reduce inflammation, stimulate soft tissue healing, and assist in the decline of acute and chronic pain
